LittlePrintyCo creates and sells 3D printed products, collectibles, playsets, personalized items, and other creative products.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, product availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for any amount paid.

For personalized orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate names, text, colors, and customization details. LittlePrintyCo is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Personalized, bulk, and special orders may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated before production begins.

For large quantity orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, pricing, and timelines.

Many of our products are ready to ship and will be processed according to the timeframe provided at checkout.

Custom, personalized, and bulk orders may require additional processing time due to preparation and production requirements.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. LittlePrintyCo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Because our products are 3D printed, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the unique nature of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and material differences.

We want you to love your LittlePrintyCo products. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be accepted, returned products must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Include original packaging (when applicable)
• Be free from damage, modifications, or signs of use

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Personalized items, customized products, and bulk orders may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by LittlePrintyCo.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you.

LittlePrintyCo respects the work of designers and creators. Some of the 3D models used in our products are created by independent designers, and we have obtained the appropriate commercial licenses that allow us to produce and sell physical prints of these designs.

All LittlePrintyCo branding, product photography, website content, and original designs remain the property of LittlePrintyCo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Our website uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, and shipping providers, to process orders and provide services. These providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

Our products should be used only for their intended purpose. Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children unless specifically stated.

LittlePrintyCo is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products.
